Barefoot Studios was started in 2018 by Kris Keltgen, a lifelong musician with an appreciation for multiple genres of music.  As the principal engineer of Barefoot Studios, Kris wanted to improve affordable studio access for local musicians, students, and bands looking to refine and share their music with the world!
 
In addition to producing other artist's albums, Kris has produced six of his own albums since 2012 and has worked with some of the finest professional musicians and studio engineers in the business.  Kris has studied audio engineering with some of the best engineers in the music industry. Kris is an active member of the Recording Academy, the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, Broadcast Music Incorporated, and the Association of Independent Music Publishers.  

Barefoot Studios is a small, but growing studio with the capability of recording small student projects to complex studio productions for full-sized professional bands.

In addition to the recording studio, Barefoot Studios also offers Music Publishing Services to artists and bands to assist in collecting music royalties from physical album sales as well as digital hosting and streaming platforms. Barefoot Music Studios is also an authorized ISRC Manager for the United States IRSC Agency.
